ALI-ABA (Philadelphia, PA) has published
Antirust Law for Business Lawyers, a softbound volume taglined "questions, answers, law and commentary." Designed to help lawyers understand and correctly apply basic antitrust law principles, the book "enables you to serve your clients well as either plaintiff's or defense counsel in any antitrust situation," ALI-ABA said.
The suit alleges that the major companies increased CD prices in violation of state and federal
antirust laws, kept prices artificially high and penalized retailers who did not participate.
